VINIFICATION: The harvest was planned for the second week of September. All grapes previously selected and de-stemmed were foot trodden in stone laggers during all the fermentation process (10days). The aging and malolactic fermentation was developed in stainless steel vats.

VINIFICATION: The harvest was planned for the second week of September. All grapes previously selected and de-stemmed were foot trodden in stone laggers during all the fermentation process (10days). The aging and malolactic fermentation was developed in stainless steel vats and at the end the wine aged for 6 months in oak barrels.
TASTING NOTE: Full-bodied and deeply concentrated. Floral aroma, with notes of red fruits, dark chocolate and spices. Mature tanins with a long finish. Fills the mouth with intense fruit notes, showing a long and complex aftertaste.
